Tania Cantrell Rosas-Moreno, Ph.D. (the University of Texas at Austin), is Scarlet’s mother. She is also a multi-(inter)national award-winning scholar and professional committed to social justice. Relying on her diverse public relations background bolstered through years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she launched The Pediatric Pacemaker Project to minimize harm and maximize help. Above all, she treasures her faith and family of five.

Paco Rosas-Moreno, M.S., MBA, CISSP, is Scarlet’s father. A seasoned IT executive with over a decade of expertise, he is skilled in orchestrating disaster recovery and cyber readiness. He is also adept at merging IT security with strategic business goals. When he isn’t proactively protecting organizations from risks, he is busy adventuring with his wife and three children, hunting down Darth Vader paraphernalia and other retro memorabilia, fishing and/or sneaking time to play his guitars.
